SUMMARY:
Grigori Tomchin of the governmental investigation commission says the contract on the operation in the Barents Sea will be signed one of these days.
Tomchin: The contract must be signed this month. Only in this case we will be able to prepare everything for the operation in late August or September.
The international consortium has refused to sign the contract demanding money on its bank accounts first.
