Deputy Premier Ilya Klebanov says that plans for the salvaging operation will be endorsed in late January. The operation in the Barents Sea is to take place next summer. According to Klebanov, lifting the submarine from the seabed will cost about $80 million. Almost $60 million will be paid to foreign companies in the international consortium.
