Russian Navy Deputy Commander Mikhail Barskov said yesterday that the lifting phase of the operation in the Barents Sea will take place between September 30 and October 1, weather permitting. Lars Walder of the Smith Tak company says that the Giant-4 is prepared to withstand foul weather.
