Rear Admiral Mikhail Motsak, Chief of the Staff of the Special Expedition, said that there are 22 combat missiles on board the Kursk nuclear submarine. According to him, the missiles are kept in containers that were damaged during the explosion. Motsak does not rule out that these missiles will be cut from the hull of the submarine together with the containers. The rear admiral said that there are no torpedoes on the Kursk. He said that their debris is scattered on the seabed and in the first compartment.
