Ilya Klebanov, Deputy Premier and chairman of the governmental commission, denounces the rumors on the alleged decision to leave the nuclear submarine Kursk on the seabed in the Barents Sea. “Neither the president nor the government revoked the previous decision to have the Kursk lifted,” Klebanov says. The executive emphasizes that the operation will be carried out by Russia and not by the international foundation.
